Start with the REST guide to create a Platform API token.

List the first ten catalogs:

To read a catalog, copy its catalogId from the list response and URL-encode it in the path:

  -H "Authorization: Bearer ${CR_RECONSTRUCT_API_TOKEN}"

If the list response has nextPageToken, pass it as the URL-encoded pageToken query parameter to fetch the next page.
