Reconstruct Cookie and Device Notice
Effective date: October 11, 2026
This notice covers cookies, browser storage and access to device information. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The support form and the sales calendar are loaded from our own sites. Those pages store what they need to show the form or book the call.

device_seed in browser storage |
Security and abuse prevention, only after the recorded acknowledgement | Until you clear site data; after withdrawal is recorded we stop using it for further device collection |
Necessary storage supports a function you ask for. If the browser blocks it, that function can fail. Any genuinely optional storage requiring consent remains off until valid consent.
Device identification and fraud prevention
To register, you must acknowledge the Privacy Policy and agree to the storage of a device identifier (device_seed) and collection of browser characteristics for account security and abuse prevention. The registration checkbox is not selected by default. Characteristics may include screen size, canvas/GPU output, memory, CPU, client hints, time zone and languages. IP address and approximate country are also received for security.
Device collection is enabled only after the recorded acknowledgement. Accounts without that record do not send a device fingerprint. Your agreement does not waive your statutory privacy rights. You retain any right to withdraw consent or object to this processing under applicable law.
Contact [email protected] from your account email to withdraw your agreement or exercise an applicable objection. We stop further collection once that change is recorded. Device-linked processing is separate from security assessment of account activity and from retention of prior events under the Privacy Policy. Clearing browser storage does not revoke the server-side record: the identifier may be recreated while collection remains authorized.
Diagnostics
With your permission, the public sites send error reports and performance traces to our Sentry installation. Diagnostics remain off until you choose Accept in the cookies and data notice; choosing Decline keeps them off. Your choice applies across Promo, Platform and Status on the same domain. About 10 percent of traces are recorded. We do not record session replay. Passwords and sign-in tokens are not part of these reports. Diagnostics are kept for 90 days and are not used for advertising.
Your choices
Exercise device-identification rights as described above. You can also delete storage in the browser. You retain the rights provided by applicable law when you withdraw your agreement. For questions contact [email protected].
