Reconstruct Regional Availability
Effective date: October 11, 2026 Last updated: October 23, 2026
Reconstruct is operated by a United States company. Availability depends on applicable sanctions and export controls, payment-provider restrictions, and our ability to meet local obligations. Restrictions can apply to persons or entities in any country.
International service availability
Reconstruct serves customers internationally, including markets such as the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore, subject to the restrictions below. The EEA and the United Kingdom are not offered at launch. Availability in other markets depends on applicable local requirements and the payment methods offered at checkout.
Different lawful payment providers may be used in different regions. Unavailability through one payment provider does not by itself make our service unlawful in that country. No alternative provider may be used to evade sanctions, export controls or that provider's own terms. The payment methods offered to you are the ones shown at checkout.

| Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine | Unavailable at launch | Applicable territorial restrictions and payment-provider policy; this is not a ban on all of Ukraine |
| EEA and United Kingdom | Not offered at launch | These markets are outside our initial service availability while we complete the applicable local compliance arrangements |
| Russia | Unavailable at launch | Excluded from our initial service availability; applicable sanctions and export controls may also restrict particular services |
| Belarus | Unavailable at launch | Excluded from our initial service availability; sanctions and export controls may also apply |
| Syria | Subject to review; contact support before subscribing | Access depends on applicable targeted restrictions, export controls and an available permitted payment method |
| Other destinations | Subject to applicable requirements; contact support if unsure | Eligibility depends on the customer, ownership, intended use, local law and available payment methods |
Restrictions applying worldwide
We cannot supply prohibited transactions to restricted parties or through intermediaries. Relevant rules include OFAC's aggregate 50-percent ownership rule for blocked persons and applicable export/end-use restrictions. Nationality, residence, location, ownership and beneficiary can have different significance under different rules; an IP country alone does not determine eligibility. Payment providers may impose broader requirements than U.S. sanctions law.
Do not misrepresent location or route access or payment through another person to evade restrictions. For a suspected location error or availability enquiry contact [email protected]. Any handling of prepaid funds must follow applicable law and provider requirements.
